Helping friends.
Dealing with some drama.
Sleepovers.
Hung out with Savannah Sweet. My favorite (:
Lost a besfriend.
And became closer to others in my life.
Learn who your real friends are. Because you don't wanna waste your time on someone not worth it and ignore the people who are. Love your life and love everyone you possibly can. Have fun during summer and stay close through school. You don't want to take for granted the people who truly care.
"There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the pointless and the people who create it, and surround yourself with people who make you laugh so hard that you forget the bad and focus on the good. Life is too short to be anything but happy."
Freaking out! I have until the 20th of this month to finish 6 essays, 2 more blog posts, read a whole book and do chapter summaries. agggggh! shoot me, please! I'm so nervous! Going to get to it (:

I Reached For You This Morning & Woke Up With Empty Arms.
When you miss someone, you tend to fight with them a lot. Don't let the hurt get to you; just remember how much you love them and how much you want to be with them; whether they are your best friend or the "love of your life." When you're with them, act like it's the last time; don't waste time. Tell them how much you miss them every single day, and tell them how much they mean to you. Don't let a minute go by with them not knowing how you feel. Don't let any time go by in which you are wondering what would have happened if you told them. Let your heart sing out the words imprinted on it, and don't regret it. Be outspoken when it comes to friendship and love; love is a precious and wonderful thing.

Untitled.
I have the stomach flu, and it is not fun. I feel weak, have a headache, stomach ache, and i'm constantly using the bathroom and throwing up; DISGUSTING. I hardly got any sleep last night because I threw up at about 1 or 2am and my body hurt so bad that I couldn't even sleep, gah. I think it had to do with the burger I ate a couple days ago (consisting of guacamole, cheese, and jalepenos) before I watched Eclipse at midnight; And to top it all off, I had some of Louise's popcorn that was drenched in butter. Shakes my head, TERRIBLE.
Eclipse was, so far, the best Twilight movie ever. It had so much action (violent, not sexual) that you were never really bored throughout the movie. It kept you on the edge of your seats! And i'm pretty sure that they didn't leave that much out from the book; it was about 2 hours and 20 minutes long. I highly recommend it.
Band is starting off well. We've got a ton of band people and colorguard. We have 15 flutes, and that is actually a lot, but some of them lack common sense... We've got some people in it that got really high lockers, even when I told them they wouldn't be able to reach, that needed to change them after. Then we have people who would forget their combinations, even after I told them to save it in their text message drafts in their phones, and they forgot it and had to go re-check what it was. Oh my! I don't say it to boss them around; i say it so they could learn faster and look like pros. So that they could get things done faster, but noooo. They don't listen, and then they look like dorks in the end. Then we've got this guy in the section that has been "playing" for a whole semester, but he doesn't even know basic notes; how could he have been playing at all of our concerts if he doesn't even know a "D"? Crazy munchkin. Then, he sits there doing nothing for an hour waiting for his sister to pick him up while me and my friend Stephanie could be helping him with the basics; shame shame.

Try.
I try, but you don't; it goes both ways. Do you think you're too good for me? Because that's not the case today. You're scared to let your feelings out. You're scared of what people will think. Who cares? Don't worry about what others will say or if they'll be sad. You need to think about your happiness for once; i know that all you care about is others. But for once.. Can you think about yourself and heart? It'll be fine..

The Things You Do Aren't Any Better.
Sometimes.. You get mad at things other people do. But have you ever looked at the things YOU do and realize.. Some of the things you do aren't any better? We live in a world where tons of things are looked down upon; when you care for someone and you're there for them, you don't yell and scream at them. You should tell them you don't agree and let them figure out their consequences on their own. Don't give them lectures and threaten to tell; let them figure out what they are going to do instead. Don't act clean - like you do nothing wrong. Some of the things you do may be just as bad or almost there. Don't be a hypocrite. Be patient, caring, and loving. Be the best friend you could be.

Friendship Is A Gift.
Keep your friends close. You never know when you're going to lose them. Do anything for them (that's possible, of course), and expect it back. Love your friends endlessly, and let them love you back. Share secrets, and hold there's deep in your heart forever; never tell another soul... not even if you're in a fight. Because, you see, friendship is a gift. Friendship is precious. It hurts when it's broken or forgotten or lost, but once it's put back together... it's a beautiful thing. Forgive, but never forget. Years from now you will be chilling with them at your house laughing at all of the little things you fought about. Friends don't judge one another; they love eachother even after they know all of the horrible things they're done - and who they really are inside. Be you, no matter what, and if they really are your friends.. they'll love you no matter what. Keep you're friends close; you never know when you're going to lose them.

There's Good In Everybody... Mostly Everybody.
I saw Toy Story 3 yesterday. It was a great movie; I loved it. It had the same, old characters, and the classic evil villian, and the parts that made you tear up a little. It was amazing. Of course, the villian was pretty evil: a cuddly, pink teddy bear that smelled like strawberries Then, in the end when Woody saves the bear... The bear backstabs him again, and isn't nice.. AGAIN. After Woody saved him, he still wasn't a nice bear; not cool. There's good in everyone; there's bad in everyone. It's always been like that, but don't you just hate it when you get over the past, help your "enemy", and they pretend to be over it.. then suddenly... they backstab you and start more drama. Some people need to stop living in the past, and they need to just get over things. You only live once.. Why waste your life hating people? If it's a small thing, get over it. Love eachother like you guys are brothers and sisters, and just have FUN! It's not fun having enemies; I, for one, would know.
Interesting day: woke up (feeling hungover because I fell asleep at 1:30am trying to read Brave New World), went to school for a "sectional" with clarinets and flutes, ate Goodies Pizza, mooched off of Fresh & Easy's samples, layed around at school with Scott, and went to his house only to have an argument with his parents.Yay, very eventful day. WONDERFUL!
Tomorrow is me and Scott's 11 month anniversary; not very long, but when you're in high school.. it is. Don't know what to plan, but most likely nothing because we're broke (if the economy is killing out parents.. it's killing us, too.) I'm going to chill here (my house) and then go to Savanner's house! Spend the night there because it's my parents 2 year anniversary on the same day. SWEETNESS.
I'll let them have a night of peace by leaving them alone (: awwh, what a wonderful daughter I am.
AP English: stopped reading AOTD, and now I am reading Brave New World; I love it. It is very interesting, and it's getting easier to read. I need to write 7 essays on it and type 4 blog posts on it. Great. I'm ready for late nights doing homework and reading; I've never done that before, but hey, I might as well starts getting used to it, right?

Yummy, Delicious, BURNT pancakes P;
This morning was my first time trying to make pancakes on my own. Babysitting my little brother and sister for the morning, and I thought "hey, if we're going to be here all morning.. We might as well have some fun while we're at it." So, we made breakfast and cleaned the house. It took us to "practice" pancakes until we got it right, and even after those... The new ones weren't that great; they were only ripped up and burned. Finally, I made some perfect pancakes: golden and brown, buttery and delicious! Practice makes perfect, so expect me to keep cooking so maybe in the near future.. I could cook for you! (:
Once again, the book Amusing Ourselves to Death is extremely boring. Instead of amusing myself to death.. I'm debating on shooting myself because of boredom! I still need to go buy my 3 subject notebook and Brave New World. I'm going to read that one first, and i'm going to post all of the blogs about that book instead of AOTD. Gosh, this is going to be such a funnnnnn summmer (sarcasm) q;
I'm going to my aunt's house tomorrow in Brea! My favorite. If I spent the night, I won't be able to go to the flute meeting on Wednesday (which won't be a big deal because band technically starts on the 28th, and I could just pick up my music from her house before then.) I'm so excited for band; this year is going to be so much fun.

"One Man's Rated R Is Another Man's PG-13"
I saw The Hangover last night with my parents; I really didn't think it was as inappropriate as adults are saying it is. All of my friends saw it before me, and would recite lines and say things from the movie that I wouldn't get because I never saw it. It was really funny! It made me laugh so hard. Amazing movie.
I'm reading the book "Amusing Ourselves To Death," and I have to say... It's really boring. There are so many huge words that I don't know the meanings of, and everyone on the blog seems super smart; I can't sound as smart as them or bring up anything smart like that. Sad day.
This father's day is really chill. Nothing great; just barbeque and Madagascar 2. My stomach is not acting very nice to me, but maybe it's because I haven't been feeding it nice foods haha.
0___0 my dads trying to read my stufffff. bye (:

Slow like a turtle.
I woke up at 12:10 feeling gross and dirty because of the late-NESS hahaha. Now, I'm blogging and watching Never Been Kissed; Gosh, I have no life. /:
So far, my summer has been kind of slow. Started off on the computer all day, then got ready and was on my way to the mall with Savanners! We went shopping at Forever 21 (like every teenage girl) and got some clothes. Then, having spent all of our money, we headed for the food court to chill and people watch. We got really hungry, so we ended up going to Sbarro's for a slice of delicious cheese pizza. We went back to the table and, of course, we ended up being watched instead of us people watching; some Asian guys were staring at us, and they made it really uncomfortable for Savannah to eat. She finally asked them if she could help them with anything, and she left them speechless. They said one of the guys likes her, and she said she was going out with me; this struck me by surprise, so I just nodded. We ended up eating our pizza in peace, finally, and our headaches went away.
We headed home, and my dad couldn't stop embarrassing me! He kept talking about my hair when it is not fixed and how it looks like a lion's mane, and that I need to wear a helmet if i ever get a bike. My parents went to eat a Thai food place in Long Beach, and me and Savannah stayed at my house watching Stepbrothers, eating fruit snacks, fruit roll ups, Lays chips, and drinking fruit punch.
That's it! My summer is starting so slow, like a turtle! I will have to something about that, won't I? The weekend is family time (: Father's day is tomorrow! We bought my dad a grill. My dad is so amazing. He's been there through anything, and he always encourages me and supports me in anything I do.
This movie, Never Been Kissed, is making me really sad. It shows how shallow high school students can be; they only like you if you wear nice clothes, if you're beautiful, if you're "going out" with a cute guy/girl (or it could make them not like you even more), or if you're really talented and popular yourself. No one really cares about brains anymore; that's what matters most. Who wants to talk to someone who can't even hold a good conversation with someone about something other than the lastest fashions or movies and music? There's more to the world than entertainment and how people dress. There are things like the environment or current news. Let this burn in your mind: will it really matter ten years from now what fashions were "hip" and what clothes were worn? Or what music was in and what was out? It's going to out in ten years, too. Doesn't it just matter on what could change the world? What will be happening later?

First Day Of Summer Vacation (:
I woke up, officially, at 10:30; I thought i'd wake up later. I'm ready for an exciting summer! My dad gets off of work earlier, I have band soon, I'm going to be hanging out with friends and family a lot, and i get to do homework to improve my skills for my passion of reading and writing.
Seeing friends leave makes me really sad. It's hard to get to know people, and right when you get close.. They leave or something bad happens. It makes me really sad to see people go, and to see people split of because of distance. I don't believe it's really fair. Just because we're young and don't know very much doesn't mean we can't know what love is. Of course young people know what love is. We feel it all the time from our friends that care and our parents that give it to us. That love we get from our parents is agape love: The real kind of love; not the lustful love that we don't need. Shouldn't our parents and family be happy we're looking for that kind of love? They're the ones that showed it to us. I just don't understand these things.
Today will be fun; I'm going to a hang out with Savannah Sweet (: and do something super fun! I don't exactly know what we're doing yet, but it's okay. Haha.
Summer 2010: here I come! I can handle anything you throw at me.
